Student Leadership & Department Heads

Women represent over 80% of the healthcare workforce but hold less than 20% of senior leadership and surgical chairs. Sisters in Scrubs is structured to reverse that disparity early, uniting high school women across New Jersey to author peer-reviewed clinical specialty guides, lead medical research discussions, and coordinate hospital outreach.
